Weekly Mindset Reboot Sessions

Our weekly mindset reboot won’t feel like college homework!    

Each REBOOT session will be an EASY, fun, thoughtful session to help you LOVE the body you’re in, no matter the size.

Our mindset REBOOT sessions will be from Coach Martha’s book, “BeYoutiful:  Heal Your Relationship with Food”  PLUS a SELF-LOVE workbook she is creating!

Short, At-Home Workouts (optional)

Coach Martha will guide you through 2 at-home workouts a week.  PLUS one active rest day! 

No matter your fitness level, YOU CAN COMPLETE THESE WORKOUTS!  PLUS–you will learn that you don’t need to workout in excess to achieve your goals.

Each workout is approximately 30 minutes long with an optional FINISHER.   Active rest days are simply a day when you move your body, but slower.  Each workout and active rest day will be outlined with modifications.

Mindset reboots will drop onto the Facebook Group Page via Martha's personal ZOOM ROOM, every Sunday morning throughout the month! Watch the coaching video and follow the exercises!

Workouts for the week are dropped onto the Facebook Group Page every Monday morning. Each workout will include a PDF for instructions and video for form & movement.
Coach Martha will also provide modifications for all fitness levels.
Each workout is less than 30 minutes long! You choose when you want to complete your workout.

While we suggest that you avoid alcohol as your body will “shut down” to metabolize the drink (up to 24 hours), if that’s something you want to work into a treat meal, then do it.

YES!   In fact, we suggest that you schedule a small treat meal after your leg-day/lower body workout.  If you aren’t working out with the program, then we suggest you schedule a small treat meal after between weeks 2 and 3.

Sorry guys!  We love you, but no, this program is only for women.  

No worries.  We will provide you the best tips and tricks to stay on-plan while you travel.  PLUS, all the workouts can easily be completed with access to a hotel gym.

No–it’s not.  We give you a solid meal plan that is easy to follow, but you can always make your own choices.   The priority is always PROTEIN first, followed by veggies, then your energy source- complex carbs or health fats!

No and no!   Coach Martha is a certified CrossFit trainer with 5+ years of coaching experience when she owned a CrossFit gym in Virginia.   If you ever attended her BOOTCAMP workouts then you know what to expect.  But don’t worry, you won’t be doing any crazy-CrossFit moves!  Her workouts are easy to do at home with little to no equipment.  Each workout will have modifications for expert, intermediate and beginer levels.

Each workout is less than 30 minutes long.  But Coach Martha will also offer a short 4-6 minute “FINISHER.”  Her goal is to exhaust one specific muscle group after the main workout is complete.  The finishers are optional, but should be your goal to complete.

Active rest is simply moving your body, but not as intensely as a workout.   This can include:  walking, riding your bike, golfing, yard-work.   Coach Martha will make weekly suggestions for active rest.

NO!   While this is a whole-body wellness journey, it does not have to include supplements.  At times, Coach Martha may suggest supplements, but she will also explain the science behind the supplement.  It is your choice if you add it to your daily regime.  With all supplements, it’s your responsibility to ensure it will not adversely affect any prescription meds you take.

Great question.  With the NEW BeMarthaFit 2.0, no you don’t have an individual coach, however the coaching staff will be HIGHLY available to you on our closed Facebook support group.  Plus, you won’t want to miss our LIVE Happy-Hours each week with Head Coach, Martha.

No, you do not.  We will outline intermittent fasting options for you, but we will also outline NON-intermittent fasting eating schedules.  YOU PICK what is best for your lifestyle.

Absolutely!  You will likely want to continue the program for several months in a row in order to achieve your weight loss goal.

You can cancel at any time on/before the 24th of each month.  If you do not cancel, you are autoenrolled into the upcoming month.  To cancel, you must email the team:   Team@beFitSystems.com

Absolutely!  We promote a dairy-free diet.

At the current time, we do not offer vegan or vegetarian meal plans.

NO!  Fit the fun workouts into your schedule.  But make it a date; a priority.  Workout instructions and videos are released every Monday morning, so you can determine which days are best for your two workouts and active rest day.

Within your meal plan file, you will receive a monthly goal sheet, place to track your weigh-ins and workouts.   So while you aren’t weighing in via an APP or coach, you will use this sheet to track your progress.  Remember, everyone’s body will transform–some will do it faster than others, but rest assured, if you are following the program, you will transform.
